Booking is easy! On our website or app, simply navigate to the 'Book a Stay' page, choose the service you need, select dates, and fill in your pet’s details.

We prioritize the health and safety of all our furry guests. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. A recent health check record from your vet is also required.

At Posh by Lucky Puppies, we create a calm and consistent environment for our furry guests, which can sometimes be disrupted by unexpected visits. We've found that maintaining this routine helps all our pups feel more relaxed and secure. However, we understand that there may be special circumstances where a visit is important to you. In such cases, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to arrange a visit that minimizes disruption, ensuring it's a positive experience for both you and your beloved pup.

We cater to special care needs. During the booking process, please provide detailed information about your dog’s requirements, and we will make sure to accommodate them.

In the event of an emergency, we are fully prepared to ensure the prompt and best possible care for your pet. We keep each dog's emergency information, including veterinarian contacts and local emergency contacts (especially useful if the dog owners are out of town), on hand at all times. We swiftly respond to any situations, utilizing these contacts as needed, and will keep you informed every step of the way. Your pet's safety and well-being are our utmost priority.

Please bring your dog's food, any necessary medication, and a favorite toy or blanket to make them feel at home. We provide beds, bowls, and plenty of toys.

Yes! We love keeping you informed. You'll receive regular updates and photos through our app or via email, showing how much fun your pup is having.

Our Dog Daycare operates on two schedules. Drop off hours are Monday - Friday between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Additional care services are available for early drop-offs, late pick-ups, and extended stays as per your booking.
